Service Verification
Service Verification is provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS). This package would include:
RFID Collection Data Tracking. Data is collected using the RFID smart labels on the Roll-out carts, recycling bins, and the truck-mounted RFID readers on collection vehicles.
Web- based Waste Management Portal to access information on all waste collection vehicles.
Live vehicle GPS Tracking and positioning on Map view
Service plotting by address with service detail, truck, route, container ID, date & time, and GPS Coordinates of service.
With this data, our clients now have the ability to confirm that collection service is being performed as planned. Whether the collection teams are picking up on schedule? What assets were not collected, and whether the cart or bin was left in the correct place at the right time?
As a part of the Vision® platform, Service Verification provides our clients with a real-time view to improve: operational performance, costs and customer service.
Route Management
Our systematic route management software allows our clients to collect garbage more efficiently. In instances where routes were previously digitised, this information will be displayed on the in-cab navigation system located in each collection vehicle.
Solid Waste Management companies are then able to create a daily/weekly schedule of all routes and allocate them electronically to respective drivers. These drivers can log into the in-cab solution when undertaking routes that will perform turn-by-turn directions to each asset in the network.
Internal senior teams will also have live visualisation of trucks performing collection service and track, monitor and report on route progress while the services are ongoing and be able to create reports on route and other compliance issues.
Container Management
The Container Management component offered by CAMI utilises the Vision® software Work Order and Inventory Management module. Our teams leverage this technology to undertake routine inspections and action service requests regarding your company’s assets at customer households.
The Container Management Programme will service requests raised via
· Calls placed by householders to the CAMI call centre
· Customer reporting mobile app - UPLIFTA
· Routine Inspections completed by CAMI Service Crews
· Internal employee service requests
Once the service request has been placed and validated, a Work Order will be generated. The Programme Manager will receive an automated notification and assign a service crew to undertake the inspection and complete the works contained in the Work Order.
Via the Vision® app, service crews will receive automated routing for Work Orders using turn-by-turn navigation. In the field, once the works are completed, the service crews can update the status of the Work Order real time.
Analytics Package
Our programme will also feature an extensive analytics reporting suite. This analytics package is provided as a monthly service, and will provide views into collection, work order, and inventory data. Each report can drill down into specific data sets to display the information most valuable to our clients’ waste and recycling management teams. Reports available in analytics include; Collection metrics, Truck metrics , Inventory metrics and Work Order metrics.
